We wanted to overlay the key map widget over the main map area, similar to how
the ArcIMS interface works, but we were unable to do this until I changed the
z-index values in the KeyMapDHTML widget. Currently the KeyMapDHTML widget's
layers z-indexes intersect the z-indexes of the MapDHTML widget so overlaying
the key map widget is not possible.  It would be nice to have the z-indexes
changed so that they do not intersect and the widgets can be mixed in the same
area.  I changed them to start at 30.  Thanks,
