- chameleon_ms4w-2.4-beta1-20060323.zip
- testing with mapserver 4.8.3 in ms4w
- all sample apps hang and produce no image (no image in tmp dir either)
- no error logged in MS_ERRORFILE
- chameleon is properly configured for 4.8.3 dll
- chameleon 2.2.1 has no problems with mapserver 4.8.3

since ms4w contains no other mapserver versions now than 4.8.3 this is a big
blocker bug.
