Will this work for CONNECTIONTYPE WMS layers in a Chameleon application?

We have a similar widget but specific for WMS client layers, it is called
WMSLegend, and it operates:
1) check if there is a LegendURL in the WMS Capabilities response, if so, use it
2) if not, try to issue a SLD-WMS GetLegendGraphic request

It just uses GD to create one image of all the returned legend images, so that
it can be easily used in other widgets (like print).
