After further tests on Windows I can confirm that the problem is not only on
Linux.  The parser used on Window is the fast parser (wmsparser.exe).  I had my
configuration for the wms parser wrong on Linux so it used the slow parser (php
parser).

The php parser is broken.  There were changes in the dbf structure and the code
was never updated.
