In expressionbuilder.widget.php there is a function called buildRectFilter which
always uses "Name" as the name for the geometry attribute.

This works for Mapserver 4.4 (it ignores it), but for later Mapserver versions
this won't work anymore. Also Ionic does not accept this. We need to look at the
DescribeFeatureType response to determine the name of the geometry attribute.
