I want my application to work in both languages (French/English).  For that I
use the [$...|...$] elements and one resource file for each language.  When the
application is loaded the pre-processed elements do not translated to text.

I tested with the sample_bilingual application.  When I load the application the
text does not appear.  But when I click the French link, the text in the French
template is displayed and the same if I click back the English link.
