I think this change would be an acceptable fix but unfortunately I could not
find any formal docs on what the valid values are for the HTTP_X_FORWARDED_HOST
env variable. I didn't find anything when searching on the HTTP X-Forwarded-Host
header either. All I found was this post that came to the same conclusion as us,
that we should take what comes before the first comma:
