i'm diving into this...but a heads up for Chameleon developers: the php function
PDF_open_image_file() used in preview.php on line 249 is deprecated and no
longer available for PHP5
(http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/function.pdf-open-image-file.php) -
pdf_load_image() is to be used instead.
