When I want to do a zoom out by clicking on the map exactly where there is
already a maptip, the page does not submit.

The php code works correctly and generates the map image correctly.  We tested
by  grabbing the gMapDHTMLURL variable value and pasting it in a new browser window.

When I click on the MapDHTML widget the MapWmapTool() Javascript function in
MapDHTML.js file is executed and calls MapWPointNavigation() function where the
form submit is.  The code is executed through the submit.
