Summary: [JSAPI] No MLT available in UpdateMap.php
           Product: Chameleon
           Version: 2.2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Widget
        AssignedTo: chameleon-dev at lists.maptools.org
        ReportedBy: jlacroix at mapgears.com

When using the JSAPI mode, the UpdateMap.php script is used to refresh the map.
This script, when creating the widgets, does not assign any MLT object. This
cause the app to crash in some cases like in bu 1275.

I propose to add a dummy MLT in the UpdateMap.php to return always the default
values of the get functions. This way we won't make the JSAPI mode to heavy by
loading unecessary components.

I'd like to have opinion from others on this please.

The other solution I thought was adding this dummy MLT directly in the base
Widget class. Paul, any for or against?
