Hello,

In your Url you must point to three things in order for chameleon cwc2 
1.0 to work, 1) cwc.php, 2) your legend template 3) Context file. If 
this is the whole url your are currently missing the context file name.
eg.
http://server/cwc2/htdocs/cwc2.php?TEMPLATE=simplest.html&CONTEXT=test.xml
