[Chameleon] Javascript error with IE5.5 on Win98

When connecting to chameleon from Windows 98 with IE5.5 I get the
following javascript error and no display of the keymap or mainmap. I'm
running chameleon 1.0 using the test application. Connecting locally with
Galeon on Mandrake 9.1 works.
