[Chameleon] Chameleon with Windows 2k and IIS

Nicholas/Bart,

this is great stuff.  It would be really great if you could add your 
experiences (esp the IIS stuff) to the chameleon wiki, perhaps in the 
FAQ page?  The wiki (for those who have forgotten already ;)) is 
available at:

(also from the Docs page on the chameleon site)
