[Chameleon] Chameleon 1.1 Alpha 6 PHP requirement ?

JF, chameleon 1.1/2.0 (and probably cwc2) will work with PHP 4.2.x and 
PHP 4.3.x I think.  I am personally using PHP 4.3.3 right now without 
problems in both CWC2 and Chameleon.
