[Chameleon] example applications

Hi Frank,

The GeoBase and Toporama demos are not public yet.  When they do become
public (Toporama shouldn't be long), they'll be announced to this list.

In the meantime, you can check out an example by going to
http://geodiscover.cgdi.ca/gdp/search?action=searchForm&entryType=webService
.  Clicking 'Search' will open up an instance of Chameleon.
