[chameleon] cookies?

Bart,

it should not require cookies.  The only component of Chameleon that may 
use cookies is the PHP session handling code, but we have taken some 
pains to remove use of cookies from this.  If you are having problems 
related to this, please send details.

Of course, this does not prevent you from using cookies in applications 
you build on Chameleon if you wish.
