[Chameleon] CWC2 1.0.2 released

All,

If you downloaded version 1.0.1, please update immediately to version 
1.0.2, there was a serious bug with IE that prevented drawing a zoom 
box, and some of the code for the new ROIMode widget was missing (not 
committed before the release), which caused some javascript errors in IE.

The maptools site will not be updated until tomorrow, but you can access 
the updated packages at:

http://www.maptools.org/dl/chameleon-1.0.2-20030916.zip
http://www.maptools.org/dl/chameleon-1.0.2-20030916.tar.gz

These problems were not in version 1.0, but it is still recommended to 
update to 1.0.2 to get the fixes from 1.0.1 and 1.0.2.
