[Chameleon] Undefined offset Error

	I've just started setting up Chameleon 1.99Beta, and I seem to be having some trouble. I followed the online installation guide on maptools.org, and have the Samples running fine. However, when I access the /Admin page, I get the following error at the top of the page:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in C:\Inetpub\chameleon\htdocs\common\appcontext\appcontext.php on line 208

and the Config page does not display properly, only the Info page. Does anyone have any ideas, or is this simply a Beta release problem?
