[Chameleon] keymapdhtml widget losing its navigation

Bart,

I haven't experienced this but then I don't think I have a template set 
up like that.  Given the number of outstanding bugs I have to go through 
I don't think I will have time to take a look at this for quite a while. 
  If you come up with something, lemme know.  At a minimum, could you 
prepare a stripped down template that exhibits the problem and attach it 
to a new bug?
