[Chameleon] Buttonizer

Hi,

I've got the same buttonizer problem as in  http://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/chameleon/2004-June/000954.html

In ms4w, I've copied the skins/sample directory into my new htdocs but I still get the warnings.

I did begin with an html and phtml file from the samples directory and except for the warnings, the image looks OK. The phtml is set as $oApp->registerSkin( 'skins/sample' );

Is there something I'm missing or do I have to hunt for all the unique buttons and exorcise them?
