[Chameleon] Best way to change popup CSS path for a specific application?

Hi Ken,

the WMSBrowser is a Chameleon app itself so it does not listen to the
PopupCSS defined in your main template. I haven't checked in a while with
the WMSBrowser, but the version I have cannot be styled through CSS (all
elements are named differently etc.). But maybe this has changed with the
current version.

I have never used the LayerManager2. I checked briefly and it follows the
same approach as the WMSBrowser, it is a Chameleon app itself.

Best regards,
Bart
