Brent,

The map is produced using a utility file called drawmap.php, it is 
normally found in chameleon/htdocs/common/wrapper folder.  Can you check 
to see if it is there?  Also, if you get a broken image, you may be able 
to right-click the image and select properties (in IE, there is a 
different option in Mozilla that does the same thing), then copy the URL 
that refers to drawmap.php and paste it into a new browser window ... 
you may see some error messages, they can help you (or me) track down 
the issue.
