I think that's what it is, this was fixed in Chameleon bug 154:

Since this fix is only in CVS and hasn't been released yet (it will be 
in 4.0.2 whenever it goes out), you'll have to get the source from CVS 
using '-r branch-4-0' to checkout the latest version in the stable 4.0 
branch.
