[Chameleon] Chameleon 1.1 Alpha

Dave, this is a bit strange, but I think you have it correct ... except 
that I think the cwc2 one should be called chameleon unless you edit the 
configuration file and change it from /chameleon/ to /cwc2/

The chameleon_demo one appears to be right, I don't think the directory 
name is the problem.
