[Chameleon] Chameleon 1.99

Hello
I have installed chameleon 1.99 on windows from ms4w.
I cas acess to the administration page whit
configuration option but the example doesn't work and
I als can't go to the documentatio.
I can't nothing more than this.
Any idea?
