[Chameleon] 'styleitem auto' drives Explorer nuts

Hi Jeff,

I used mapserver 4.0 to display the data. It seemed to work okay. There were
two instances where it appeared to display the same problem, but I wasn't
able to reproduce that, so it may have been something else. One funny thing
I noticed though.... The colour of items seems to change. As I panned, an
object being displayed in green initially, would be blue after the pan. Is
that normal?

Jacob,

Have you verified that this only occurs with Chameleon?  Have you tried 
that mapfile with another MapServer application, such as the Itasca 
demo?  Does that same error occur?
