[Chameleon] Enigmatic Warning Messages

Good news Jennifer, I can duplicate your exact error.  If I supply an 
invalid filename/path in the TrueNorthImage parameter of the TrueNorth 
widget definition in my template your errors occur.  Make sure you give 
the correct path to the north arrow image that you want to use, and of 
course verify that the image is actually in the directory you specify.
