[Chameleon] Chameleon on IIS 6.0 webserver

Hi All,

This may be a bit off-topic, because it's more a PHP issue, but I figured someone must have run into this;

Due to some problems (http://bugzilla.maptools.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=654), we decided to migrate (downgrade :-) ) our production server to IIS (windows 2003 server) . We used to run a workstation, but then IIS is limited to 10 connections.

After heaps of messing about I got PHP 4.3.9 running on IIS 6.0 (using the windows installer is not enough!). The site shows up, but my mapimage doesn't work. I do have a legendimage, though. The scalebar also works. I suspect that due to permissions, it cannot access my data folder (which does not sit in the public area). Does anyone know whether I need to specify any permissions for folders that are accessed by chameleon that do not sit in the public folder? In IIS 5.0, I don't, nor in Apache. I find the configuration for IIS very confusing from Windows 5.1 onward.

I get no PHP error, and my CWC2 log doesn't say much either. The chameleon configuration should be okay, because it is currently running OK on port 80 (same machine) using Apache (I put IIS on port 8080 temporarily until it works).

Anyone have any ideas?

Jacob
