[Chameleon] Internet Explorer and PNG?

Hi Paul, Tyler,

this is a bug in IE (transparency in 24 bit PNG's). It will require you to  
install something like a PNG hack on your webserver.

If you want to have the image from drawmap.php included in the hack, you  
have to adapt the htc source code a bit since it checks for file extension  
png before applying the hack.
