[Chameleon] PanMap widget update.

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for the link, but the PanMap widget is working just fine.  No
problem with the extents.  The problem is that the image does not drag
with the mouse as you pan.  The image gets clipped, but does not move.
Otherwise the widget works.
