[Chameleon] Change LabelItem-Widget

Dear developers,

I am quite new to chameleon and after some strting probs (thanks to Paul
for resolving), I have all the impressive samples up-and running.

Some open questions concerning the functionality of
chameleons widgets are still there. Perhaps someone more involved can
conmment on this.

* I would like to allow the user to change the labelitem which will be
displayed (if set). Are there any widges with this still available or
do I have to create my own widget?

* User Authentification

* Recangular Queries

* Basic Management-Tool for uploading Ready-to-go Mapfiles
