[Chameleon] ZoomAllLayers widget problem

Hi list
I just started to build a simple chameleon based application and have the 
folowing problem the ZoomAllLayers widget doesn't work, when i click the image 
button the application refresh itself but does not zoom to tull extent

any hints?
