[Chameleon] Apache configuration problem

I am testing the aliases that must be set up in the Apache config file.
The first alias (/chameleon/) allows me to view the index in a browser
but I am not able to view any sub directories or execute any files at
this level.  I was able to run a test .php file from chameleon/htdocs.

I have checked for syntax errors and permissions.  This didn't help.
Can anyone offer assistance. Thanks

I am using Apache 2.0 with PHP 4.4.0 and MapScript 4.6 on Windows XP
