Subject: [Chameleon] Recognizing the .phtml extension
  I am new to Chameleon.
I am attempting to run the sample chameleon application. When I enter the
URL to "index.phtml" the contents of the file (source) are displayed as
plain text. The default for my Apache server is to display unrecognized
files as plain text. This makes me think I may need to use the AddType
directive in my Apache .conf file in order for my browser to properly handle
a .phtml file. Any thoughts?
  Thanks,
  Tim
