[Chameleon] MUM3 Chameleon workshop material

Hi Bart,

The MUM3 Chameleon workshop material will be available for download from 
the MapServer site with the rest of the MUM3 proceedings, however we are 
still waiting for that to go live (I don't see them yet on the Plone 
site either http://ms.gis.umn.edu:8081/ms_plone/community/MUM3/).  Last 
I heard Tom Burk said a few weeks ago that the proceedings (and workshop 
materials) would be available sometime this month.
