[Chameleon] Error when adding a WMS server

Hi list,
 
In the Chameleon Administration you can choose 'Manage WMS Servers'. But all the time I  add one, I get a message that says 'errors occured'. The server then shows up in the list of available servers, but is disconnected. Trying to connect the server results in the same 'errors occured' message. Someone knows a probable cause of this problem?
