[Chameleon] problem installing chameleon 2.0 on windows system

Paul,

I downloaded the Prebuilt Win32 executables, DLL including NAD27 grid shift
files. from the
http://proj.maptools.org/ website.

I unzipped these to my C: drive....creating folders C:\proj\bin and
C:\proj\nad

I then went to a command prompt and typed the following command...
C:\> set PATH=%PATH%;C:\PROJ\BIN as per the documentation.

Unfortunately I still get the same error.

Have I missed something.

Dave,

you need to 'install' proj, by default it is assumed in c:\proj.  If you
installed somewhere else, you can set an environment variable accessible
by your web server user (PROJ_LIB) or add CONFIG PROJ_LIB
"/path/to/proj" in your map file.

Note that proj.dll is not sufficient by itself.  Proj includes a number
of binary and text supporting files, including an 'epsg' file.  The path
you need to specify should have the 'epsg' file in it.
