[Chameleon] Getting the samples working

I've resolved the "File does not exist" error... My tmp_img_path was
pointed at /tmp which of course isn't equivalent to a url of /tmp
specified by tmp_web_path. :P  Unfortunately, that did not resolve the
segmentation fault. :(
