[Chameleon] PrintProduction error

Hah, the disappearing layers is a problem that I've already had answered 
here:

Only one thing remains: the legend on the printable image doesn't seem 
to be anything like the legend template specified int he widget tag.  It 
also only seems to list layers from the mapfile that are NOT in a 
group.  Is this normal?
