[Chameleon] Problems with the ExtractWFSData widget

Hi Bart,

I'm using the OGR that is with Version 1.2.3 GDAL.  The GML dump that I
did manage to get out of the widget is the WFS XML response and ogr2ogr
will not parse it, so it doesn't look like it's valid GML.
