[Chameleon] True North Widget has problems with the date line.

Hi List,

I'm having problems with the TrueNorth widget.  When my extents cross
the date line the widget doesn't calculate where north is correctly and
points instead to the SW.  My current projection is Alaskan Albers and
of course parts of Alaska and Siberia cross over the date line. Any
thoughts on how to fix this?  Thanks,
