[Chameleon] Strange layer behavior

Hi Ferencik,

I think your problem is due to MAXSCALE 100000 line in
your map file for LAYER "Rivers".


MAXSCALE [double]

    Maximum scale at which this layer is drawn.

MINSCALE [double]

    Minimum scale at which this layer is drawn.

This explain the strange behaviour !!
