[Chameleon] draw in a map

Hello,

I would like to draw objects in my map and make some calculations :
1- draw  a point, a polygon, a line
2- make distance and surface measuring
3- print the map

is it possible to do all these operations with chameleon ? Can you show me 
the good widgets ?
