[Chameleon] Projection id for 'FRANCE'

I didn't install the full proj.4 distribution ; I just begin with ms4w and my question is if nothing else is needed to work with such a projection since C:\ms4w\proj\epsg doesn't contain the file but C:\ms4w\proj\nad\epsg !
Should i copy the file in C:\ms4w\proj\ ?
 
PS : every thing is well even if i don't put a projection in the map file, I see the card and can test Chameleon features but the Query Widget always return "No queryable layers found."
