[Chameleon] getfeatureinfo response formats?

Hi Ken,

AFAIK only "Mapserver XML" and "Cubewerx XML" are supported by Chameleon.
So you best stick with Mapserver XML. You're right, the OGC WMS spec does
not define what this XML should look like.
