[Chameleon] WMS layer breaks query widget drill down

if you were using cvs, you could do it ... alternately, you can get the 
2.0 version and do a 'diff' on it against your current version to see 
what's changed.  However, this code changes infrequently so I think it 
would be safe to replace it as is.
