[Chameleon] Upgrade problems to MapServer 4.4.2

Hi Bart,
I'm running 2.1pr1-20050412. I modified my php.ini file but nothing was
written to the error log file. Also no errors in the Apache log
either. I will try going back to version 2.0 and see if that makes any
difference. Thanks,
