[Chameleon] Update Map

Hi all,

is there a way to update a MapDHTML widget from a legendtemplate widget or with
Update Map widget that way that only the map is refreshing and not the page. I
created a  simple Tree menu with javascript but anytime I press Update Map
widget my page refreshes itself anf the tree comes back at its initial state
with all cubmenus collapsed. I wish that it remain expanded as it was before
pressing Update Map widget
Any siggestion are appreciated
