[Chameleon] PHP Warnings and MapServer Error

Gail,

MapServer is having trouble finding you proj.4 installation.  Have you installed it?  If you have you will have to set an ENV Variable.  You can alternatively set CONFIG PROJ_LIB "path/to/epsg".
