[Chameleon] "oSelected has no properties" error in help viewer

Hi,

I have reprodued the error from bug 1092, that is:

I load the help viewer.  I select an element in the table of contents
and the
following message is displayed:

Error: oSelected has no properties
Source File: http://path/to/chameleon/help/help.js
Line: 24

I don't see it has been solved.

Any help/suggestion?
